Delete from the App
The fastest way — takes effect immediately.
- Open MediPulse on your phone
- Tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner of the dashboard
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account
- Confirm when prompted — your account and all data will be deleted

Request Deletion by Email
If you no longer have access to the app, we'll handle it manually within 72 hours.
- Send an email from the address registered to your MediPulse account
- Subject: Account Deletion Request
- We'll confirm the deletion and send you a receipt

What gets permanently deleted
- Your account credentials and display name
- All medication schedules and dosage information
- All medication logs and taken/missed history
- Health snapshots (heart rate, SpO₂, steps, calories)
- Caregiver links and family member associations
- All notification preferences and app settings
