Terms of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

By using MediPulse, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/EEA), that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and KeyQuest Studio.

If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2 Medical Disclaimer

MediPulse is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The App is designed solely to help users organize and remember their medication schedules and view health data from connected wearable devices.

• The App does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
• Health metrics displayed (heart rate, SpO₂, steps, calories) are provided by your wearable device and are for informational reference only. We make no warranty as to their accuracy.
• Medication reminders are a convenience tool only. You are solely responsible for taking the correct medication, at the correct dose, at the correct time. The App cannot verify this.
• Never delay, disregard, or discontinue seeking medical advice because of something you read or saw in MediPulse.
• In a medical emergency, contact emergency services (e.g., 911 in the US, 101 in Israel, 999 in the UK) immediately. Do not use this app in an emergency.

3 License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, KeyQuest Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not: copy, modify, or distribute the App; reverse engineer or decompile the App; use the App for commercial purposes without our written consent; or transfer your license to another person.

4 User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at keyqueststudio1@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5 Subscriptions & Payments

MediPulse offers a free tier and optional paid subscriptions ("Premium," "Family"). All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store / Google Play account settings.
• We do not process payments directly and do not store your payment card information.
• Refunds are governed by Apple's / Google's refund policies. KeyQuest Studio does not issue refunds directly.
• Prices may change with notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

6 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use MediPulse to:

• Input false or misleading health information
• Attempt to access another user's account without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or security features
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Use the App for any clinical, diagnostic, or professional medical purpose for which it is not designed

7 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KeyQuest Studio and its owner, employees, and agents are not liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the App
• Missed medication doses, incorrect dosages, or medication-related health events
• Inaccurate health metrics from wearable devices displayed in the App
• Notification delivery failures (missed reminders)
• Health decisions made based on App information
• Data loss, server outages, or third-party service failures (Firebase, Apple, Google)
• Unauthorized access due to user credential compromise

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $10 — whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

8 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KeyQuest Studio and its owner from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the App in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right; or (c) your provision of false or inaccurate information to the App.

9 Third-Party Services

MediPulse integrates with third-party services including Google Firebase, Apple HealthKit, Samsung Health, and Google Sign-In. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. KeyQuest Studio is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of third-party services.

10 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to MediPulse immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. Sections covering liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the App shall first be attempted to be resolved by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you also have the right to bring claims in your country of residence under local consumer protection laws.

12 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. The updated Terms will include a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
